Notable projects include a custom RAG evaluation harness that decreased retrieval and generation analysis ~18x using parallel invocations and caching techniques, plus an agentic test automation platform I'm scaling from POC to org standard. I was also recently Recognized as a Claude Champion and Enablement Lead for my work helping engineering teams adopt AI tooling.

Built automation frameworks and internal tooling in TypeScript and Playwright for enterprise Salesforce systems, plus the CI/CD infrastructure behind them — data generation, secrets injection, and traceability on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3, cutting pipeline runtimes by over 30%. Designed the org's first AI agent solution in quality processes using custom subagents and the Playwright MCP.
